Best Irish Soda Bread Ever

I have been missing Irish soda bread ever since my celiac diagnosis in 2017. I am not much of a baker, so I had resigned myself that I was not going to be able to enjoy it again. Much to my joy and surprise, I discovered that Isaura Bakery, a fully gluten free bakery, not only offered this bread but would ship! I placed my order and received my bread within 2 business days. It arrived well packaged and fresh, and froze well so I could enjoy it longer. For those who don't like caraway seeds in your ISB, these loaves are perfect! Just the right hint of sweetness with the appropriate amount of raisins sprinkled throughout and NO pesky seeds to mar the taste. Even my husband, who does not need to be gluten free, declared this bread was his new favorite. I will definitely be buying these again!
